The texture was good! However, these rolls are about half the size of traditional rolls, so it really isn't that much cheaper. We make them in-house,Filling them with crab, cream cheese, and green onion. We started with takeout orders, and have come to know many in the neighborhood and those who have known Aoki since sushi chef Hitoshi Nishitani has been behind the counter. From succulent sashimi to creative sushi rolls to sweet treats, it all makes the rounds in our restaurant. Even had Plum Sake which I didn't see at other places and was really good.
